This stunning two-storey home in Mount Barker offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and modern convenience. With three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an inviting open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, it's an ideal retreat for weekend getaways, business travelers, or holidaymakers seeking a peaceful escape.

As you enter through the spacious lobby, you'll find a dedicated workspace to the left, complete with two desks, chairs, a lamp, and office storage—perfect for catching up on work or emails. Opposite the workspace is a ground-floor bathroom with a shower, bathtub, vanity, toilet, and convenient access to the laundry room, which includes a washer, dryer, and ample storage. A lift is located adjacent to this room to take you to the second floor.

To the right of the hallway are bedrooms 2 & 3.Both rooms provide a peaceful retreat with queen beds, bedside tables, soft bedding and plenty of storage with built in wardrobes.

The heart of the home is the spacious second-floor open-plan living area accessible by stairs or elevator. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a fridge, coffee machine, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A central island bench with bar stools makes casual dining easy, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six. The living room invites relaxation with its cozy couch, armchair, TV setup, and split type air conditioner. Large windows bathe the space in natural light, and sliding doors lead out to a balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the stunning views.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
