Set behind established gardens and open countryside, this farm-style retreat offers a peaceful escape with refined country styling and contemporary comfort. The open-plan living area features plush leather seating, armchairs, a coffee table, and a cosy wood fireplace, creating an inviting place to unwind with a good book from the well-stocked shelves. Split-system heating and cooling keep the space comfortable year-round.

The spacious kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with quality appliances, including an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, Thermomix, and fridge, while the generous island bench with bar seating creates a natural gathering place throughout the day. Nearby, the eight-seater dining table encourages relaxed dinners and meaningful time together.

The bedrooms continue the home`s calm styling, each offering ceiling fans. The primary and second bedrooms each feature a queen bed. The third bedroom includes three double beds, a TV, and an oil heater for cooler evenings. Perfect for families, the fourth bedroom includes two single beds suited to children or friends travelling together. The modern bathroom offers a shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror, with an additional toilet for extra convenience. A fully equipped laundry with a washer, sink, and drying rack ensures you have everything you need for longer stays.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive outdoor area overlooking grazing fields where farm animals roam nearby. The backyard invites you to slow down and take in the natural surroundings, with regular sightings of sheep, alpacas, kangaroos, and kookaburras. Please supervise children around the animals and avoid entering the grazing fields.

Undercover parking is available for two vehicles on site, with two additional spaces in the driveway.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Firewood is not supplied. Kindly prepare to bring your own kindling and firewood if you plan to use the fireplace.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
