It’s only a few minutes’ drive (or a 20-minute stroll) into the Nairne township for eateries, pubs, and beautiful historic buildings. The Howard Vineyard is 4 minutes away by car, with tourist spot Hahndorf only 15 minutes’ drive from the house.



    The Space:

    Designed for comfort, functionality and relaxed family living, this spacious four-bedroom home is ideal for families, groups and corporate stays, offering multiple indoor and outdoor living areas along with ducted air-conditioning throughout.

    Sliding doors lead out onto the covered alfresco entertaining area where guests can enjoy an L-shaped outdoor lounge, coffee table, outdoor dining for 8 and an electric barbecue beside a vintage butcher’s block ideal for outdoor food preparation and entertaining. The alfresco space flows onto a large backyard lawn area, giving children plenty of room to play



    A second carpeted living room provides an additional retreat with comfortable sofa seating, armchairs and another 65” Smart TV, making the layout ideal for larger groups wanting separate living zones.



    The home also features a spacious main bathroom complete with both a shower and full-sized bathtub, as well as a dedicated laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer for added convenience during longer stays.
