The Space:

This is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment featuring a king bed, accommodating up to two guests, ideal for couples or business travellers.



The living area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of natural light and open onto a private balcony, creating a bright and airy space. A dedicated study/work desk is also provided for work or study.



The bathroom features a bathtub for relaxation, and the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances and cookware for everyday meal preparation. The layout is well organised and practical for a comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

Please be aware that public facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to unexpected or scheduled maintenance organized by the building manager. Unfortunately, as your host, I do not receive timely notifications or updates regarding these maintenance activities.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.



Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
