The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of worktop and cupboard space, along with an oven, gas hob and everyday cooking essentials. A small selection of starter products is provided to help you settle in and make the beginning of your stay a little easier.

Dining area
Gather around the spacious dining table for relaxed breakfasts, home-cooked dinners and evenings spent catching up together. The table has eight chairs, with additional seating available beside the dining area and on the first floor when required. Its open connection to the kitchen makes cooking, dining and socialising feel effortless.

Bedroom 1
Located on the ground floor, this bright and peaceful double bedroom features cosy bedding, useful storage and towels prepared for your arrival—an inviting place to rest and recharge.

Located on the first floor, this spacious double bedroom combines comfort, convenience and privacy. It features a dedicated desk, wall-mounted TV and its own en-suite shower bathroom—an excellent choice for contractors, business travellers or anyone who needs a quiet place to work and unwind.

Bedroom 5
Bright, cheerful and thoughtfully presented, this comfortable first-floor double bedroom offers fresh towels, useful storage and a peaceful setting for a restful night’s sleep. Its private en-suite shower bathroom provides extra comfort and convenience.

Bathrooms
With three shower bathrooms across the property, busy mornings are made much easier for families and larger groups. There is one convenient shower bathroom on the ground floor, plus two private en-suite shower bathrooms on the first floor, serving Bedrooms 4 and 5 and a third family shower room

Step outside into the private rear garden and enjoy the spacious patio with outdoor seating. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee, relaxed conversation or simply unwinding in the fresh air after a busy day.

Location and parking
The house is set in Addlestone and offers free on-street parking only. Spaces are available on the surrounding streets but cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
