"The hotel is old and worn out. The staff in reception and in the restaurant were really service minded and helpful. My room was next to the ancient lift, which creaked and rumbled until about 1 am. The bathroom was in poor condition, with black mould in one corner, the shower curtain was old and dirty and the shower head was broken. The bedroom had old water stains in one corner, presumably from a leak in the roof and the carpet was stained. The bed (single) was clean and comfortable."

"The room wa clean and comfortable. The staff are brilliant. There were a couple of 'issues' when we arrived. TWe couldn't get the bedside lights to work and the radiator was very noisy and not heating. We mentioned this to the staff and both issues were sorted straight away (the fuse switch on the wall had been turned off, hence the lights not working and th radiator had an airlock and needed to be bled).There is some noise from the bar below but this ends when the bar closes at 10.30 and then...

"Great little find this. After being let down last minute for a room elsewhere. I booked a room less than 24 hours before. I was contacted to arrange check in and the host was very welcoming and informative. Very spacious en suite room as well for the price, with tea and coffee and a smart TV as well. Thank you"

"For £60 a night the room was great with a large, clean bathroom and a double bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options (no fried eggs of that is a deal-breaker for anyone, just scrambled). There was even a gluten free section. Despite the hotel being extremely busy the staff were very polite "

"Great little cozy pub. Hotel rooms are in a separate building this nice and quiet. Included continental breakfast was extremely basic thus almost necessitating extra purchases. The additional breakfast items ordered were great. Our advice would be either include a descent/sufficient breakfast even if it means to charge for it rather than including it, the current solution seems to be included to just get people in the door. "Dejlig engelsk hotel holdt i gammel stil. Meget god atmosfære og et smukt hotel. Beliggende meget centralt i byen, der ikke har meget at byde på. Morgenmaden er rigtig god, men middag/aftensmad er absolut ikke pengene værd. Meget smagløs mad. Gode parkeringsforhold bag hotellet. "
