"Tiziana and her husband were very helpful and came out quickly if there were any issues. It's a lovely villa, however not the biggest of spaces, kitchen is small, especially on a poor weather day. Wifi is poor. For a few days unfortunately there were issues with the pool. They were very apologetic and these things happen. Being near Mount Etna was great and the view is amazing. We climbed this, explored the local towns, visited Taormina which is beautiful and great for shopping. The property is...

"Views at the property were amazing, staff were generally pretty friendly with the exception of a couple. In terms of cleanliness everywhere was spotless. We would have liked a bigger pool and the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was just ok. Bed was super comfy"

"The hotel is sourrunded by a natural reserve. The settings are stunning. The hotel communal areas are beautiful and well cared for. The rooms are somewhat dated but still very good. choose a seaview room if you can. Staff was very friendly. Huge swimming pool. Access to the sea via a gangway, just hidillic. Lot's of fun!"

"Ants in the bedroom, mold in the bathroom, no cutlery/plates in the kitchen. Had to ask for safety deposit box. Pool was disgusting and full of dirt and leaves. Had to wear a swim hat in pool and there was no mention off this on website so had to buy one there. Pool was shut between 1 and 3 again no mention off this on the website. "
