"Host was TERRIBLE about communication. Furnace ran out of fuel, no amenities like SOAP, coffee… very difficult to find… but most of all, host was TERRIBLE regarding communication - we had to call VRBO to get instructions to access, even after having paid in full 15 days prior. "

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir être dans ce logement agréable pour 10 jours.Veronique a toujours était disponible pour nous et répondre à nos questions ou nos besoins, nous la remercions vraiment.La maison est grande et moderne il y a tout pour cuisiner sauf micro onde et four ce qui est dommage.La piscine permet vraiment de se rafraîchir et se sentir en vacances Nous avons adorés Acireale une ville qui est animée sans être touristique. "The apartment is spacious, with great amenities in a fantastic, safe location, It's within walking distance of great restaurants. The apartment was stocked with everything you might need, including a large stove with an oven, a bottle of olive oil, and salt. The air conditioning worked extremely well and was a lifesaver during the hot weather. It was the perfect place to relax. The hosts also provided coffee pods for the coffee machine. The host was very accommodating and extremely responsive."

"We were driving across Sicily in the middle of of the night. We arrived around 3-4 am Construction all around the building can’t find a sign or nothing. There’s a lock box the manager says has an electronic key. We call the manager. He says he doesn’t speak English but then he starts speaking. Go through the maintenance area up elevator to 2. Then he says go to another floor. Then he says go to another floor. My daughters were the ones checking it out they said it looks dirty and he can’t...
