"There is not an elevator at the hotel. The staffed laughed at us for having to carry our heavy luggage to the second floor. As stated by the chambermaid “it’s 16 steps”. Well 16 steps are difficult for older women. When mentioned to the front desk clerk she said all two bed rooms are on the second floor. Terrible place to stay because of the staff and layout. Next time I visit the area I’ll make sure never to stay at this hotel again. Very unfriendly business."

"Great location! Lots of stuff within walking distance. Staff are polite. Breakfast was nothing special. Basic hotel amenities in a dated building. Their air conditioning units need to be updated or maintenanced cuz ours ran super loud and the room was extremely humid. Also the pillows in the room are throw pillow sized which was odd and uncomfortable. One night stay was okay but we couldn't imagine staying longer than that."
