On the doorstep, enjoy a range of great outdoor activities including walking, cycling, sea swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing, not forgetting the championship links golf course, and the beautiful golden sandy beach. Heading into Snowdonia, Craig yr Aderyn, an SSSI renowned for birds, and the beautiful Dolgoch Falls, both within 15 miles. What more could you wish for? When ready for bed, choose from one of the four bedrooms, all beautifully designed for a great night's sleep. On the first floor, there is a spacious king-size with a feature fireplace, bay window seat with estuary views, and a Smart TV, and the cosy twin room with a Smart TV is at the rear of the house. Also on this floor is the stylish bathroom with the option of a bath or shower. On the second floor, you will find another spacious king-size with dual aspect windows overlooking the estuary, a Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room.
