"Sand all over the room, only cleaning every 2nd. Or 3rd. Day. For the amount we pay it os serious not fine. Way to much noice from the a/c. Damp and smelling in the room. Bad service from the reception. "

"Vanvittig flot og praktisk beliggenhed. Ligger på stranden, med 2 min gang til Pier Park. Super service i receptionen og generelt. Rengøringen og roomservice kan godt optimeres. Men overall et SUPER hotel. Og jeg havde 7 fantastiske overnatninger, hvor jeg følte, at jeg var hjemme. "

"Beautiful view. convenient location"

"Very nice location and great amentites. Lot of trash/plates/glass etc in the hallways, definitely short staffed. All trashcans overfilled. No sanitizer wipes or liquid."

"I received bug bites in my room. When I told the attendant at the front desk my room had bugs, she told me she would not check the room, or put me in a different room, or refund my purchase, and that if I had a problem with the room I should check out. Then when I tried to check out she refused to let me check out. I left the hotel and spent the night at the airport. My boyfriend booked the trip for me and called the hotel: she hung up on him and refused to talk to him."

"The room was dated, but comfy. The staff helpful & polite. I enjoyed my stay."

"The location is excellent, the beach is great. There's a nice restaurant nearby. The room is your typical motel room with a kitchenette. No balcony or private window."
