Hoteller nær AMF Firebird Lanes

"Really friendly personal and a nice Best Western. "

"Room was fine. Sleep was interrupted by the yelling and police activity."

"Nice and clean. Newer rooms so everything worked fine. Not high end, but serviceable and good for the price. My only criticism is that the fire alarm went off at 2:30am due to a "sensor malfunction" which woke up the whole hotel. The staff was cool and apologized but it still affected my stay. There was no talk about reimbursing or credit due to the issue, which would have been nice. Otherwise, a decent place."

"Interior and exterior of the property was clean. The room was large and had all the basics you need, including toothbrush and paste. We have stayed a few times in this hotel, and we are already planning our trip for next month. The location is quite and in a nice area."

"Phone didn't work, no menu for food service, no help with food order, outlets didn't work well, remote to tv didn't work."

"I stayed at Days Inn Black Bear on 10.26.26. Check in was easy and quick. I'm an older woman that decided to go to TJ Max just after dark. I got lost. I called the front desk at the hotel. The same young woman that had checked me in answer. She gave me great directions on how to get back to the hotel. She was so helpful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE!"

"Scammers; they refuse to refund money for a room that was never provided."

"Needs new carpets. Super dirty carpets but besides that everything else was very good."

"I didn't care for the fact that the elevator didn't. i have just recently had full hip replacement. and the fact that we where put on the fourth floor mad it ever rought to get there on me."

"A beautiful stay with excellent service from staff. The garden was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Convenient location from the outlets and to Silver State Falls."
