"Its a renovated hotel that is clean, 75% of thr staff was VERY nice and welcoming. I honestly didnt like the food at the restaurant. I didnt use the valet service, but the valet staff was very nice"

"The Hotel is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. So much to do on Penn Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go up the elevator with out your room key. That is a great safety feature. Staff is excellent as well. "

"Love this hotel as my daughter goes to school nearby. Has guest laundry which is wonderfully helpful. Good breakfast in the morning...fairly typical hotel breakfast but makes it easy to eat before you are out and about PIT."

"Our room was large, quiet and clean. We enjoyed a drink at the smallest bar in PA one night where we were able to mingle with other guests. Grab and go breakfast was a nice surprise. We stayed 2 nights, so if we had stayed a 3rd night, we probably would have looked for a breakfast spot nearby as the grab and go breakfast menu did not change during our stay. But eating the substantial bagged breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. The complimentary ride to and from the 2 baseball games we...

"The room was hot until we called maintenance to come check the air conditioner out. They were very prompt. However we had to call down several times to get fresh towels and they never cleaned our room as well after calling them twice. So our room was never cleaned and we stayed for two days . "
