"The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. "

"This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. "The expectations are pretty low in Iquitos, but this hotel managed to slip UNDER them. Staff was unaware of my reservation (having a digital copy of the Hotels.com receipt saved me) and just seemed unable to make things happen.
