"Smells like Mold when you walk in the doors, the restaurant was already closing and the rooms... I get reinvention is hard but what they did was next level. The room its self is fine but the bathrooms don't trust the photos! Our was not the same as pictured also there isn't ac in the room or fans. It looks like a rent by night hotel with a big fancy price tag. No thanks! 0 out of 5 stars"

"As such a standard motel, but the pool was the best we have experienced on a 24 day road trip, and it was the first place we experienced a pancake machine - nice! Easy to access from Duluth."

"For os var det et super sted at overnatte. Vi brugte det meste af vores tid i Duluth, men fandt også en fantastisk State Park (Amnicon Falls) i Wisconsin. Hotellet har en dejlig pool, der var god mange andre der også sys den var dejlig. Det eneste minis var vi havde problemer med at få den rette temperatur på værelset på en lun forårsdag. Personalet på steder var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. "

"Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets."

"Staff were very nice and welcoming, gave great recommendations for the area. Facility was clean inside and beds were very comfortable. Temperature inside was warm and rather humid despite the AC. Parking is very difficult if you do not reserve a space for $10+ per night, the area does not allow street parking overnight. Neighborhood is pretty rough. A few guests came into the dorm late into the night (2-4am) dropping cans of beer and making a fair bit of noise but other than that very quiet....

"The hotel was nice. However. I was supposed to get a room with a tub. When we got to our room. The room that we had didn't have a tub in it. Called the front desk. They stated that there was nothing that they could do due to the hotel being booked up. Which I get. But no offer of"

"I went thru Expedia and when I booked a room in duluth I specifically asked for a ground level room with a walk out patio,verified 3 times a ground level room and a patio,the gentleman who booked my room assured me of that was what I would get. I drove 4 hours went to check in and I had a room on the 11th floor and the hotel had No rooms with patios!!! Very disappointing."

"We enjoyed an easy check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us by name through out our stay. Our room was clean and quiet."

"This is my go to when in Duluth. They take dogs which is the reason I stay. The place could use a good carpet cleaning. My room smelled and the hallway was stuffy and also smelly. Otherwise everything else is perfect. A good summer carpet cleaning wouldn’t hurt."

"Breakfast has been eliminated even though it was included on the Web sight. No places close to get breakfast. Floors are very dirty. Hotel just is not being kept up."

"Rent og pænt. Personalet var venligt. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men der var rigeligt med gratis kaffe hele dagen. Stedet er temmelig slidt. Det er også for dyrt set i forhold til hvilken stand det er i, og hvor langt udenfor Duluth downtown det ligger. Jeg havde et lille værelse med udsigt over parkeringspladsen og hovedvejen ind mod Duluth, med værelset placeret liver ved siden af elevatoren med deraf følgende urolighed og elevatorkørsel fra klokken 6 om morgenen."
