"Our first time in Southampton will be a memorable one because of the staff at Harbour Hotel Southampton. They were so pleasant & accommodating to their ability which made our stay memorable. "Det var en behagelig overraskelse.
Jeg fandt lidt tilfældigt The White Star Tavern, da vi skulle bruge en overnatning i Southampton, og jeg troede faktisk det var lidt gammelt og skramlet.
Men det er tip top i orden værelser med lækker shampo i den nye bruser, både elkedel og kaffemaskine og frisk mælk og endda en øl i køleskabet.
God seng og ekstra vinduer ud mod gaden.
Fantastisk morgenmad, god service."

"Lovely lodge! Clean and well presented. Rather short on a few items though. No egg cups. No chopping boards. I could have done with a small brush and shovel in order to leave the lodge a bit cleaner. Apart from that it was a beautiful lodge and very spacious. We had a lovely few days."

"We booked the luxury caravan with a hot tub, although unfortunately we wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”.
There were a few things that we felt needed attention. The radiators in the bathrooms were rusty and really need replacing, the grouting was mouldy, and one of the shower screens had mould around the bottom. The white railing around the patio was also loose and needs securing.
The hot tub had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival, but there were what looked like small stones in it,...

"A group of us stayed for a weekend around a wedding. Excellent communication from booking onwards.
A couple of tiny niggles were sorted straight away
Everything was clean and we all had enough room (not your typical holiday let without enough room to open a suitcase)"
