"Our bathroom was broken around the bathtup, the silicone was broken everywhere in the bathroom and the china was broken too. The music at the breakfast buffet was way too laud. We tried to ask the concierge too turn it down, but nothing happend. The view was very good."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Nantipa. Their staff is all amazing and so attentive. They truly care about their customers & every interaction we had with them was pleasant. They day we arrived it was my husbands birthday, they had a mini birthday cake waiting for us in our room. The day we were leaving they left us a little gift in our room & even offered to pack a breakfast box to go since we had to leave really early In the morning. "For us a unique place. In the middle of the jungle but only 500m to the beach. We had a beautiful cottage with a nice view. We stayed 5 days with to boys 12 and 15 years old and that was durable. The employees and owner of the place are very friendly and makes you fill very welcome and they are very helpful. "

"We stayed in Glass House #1. The scenery was absolutely incredible. Perched high on a hilltop, whether its day, night, or even raining, you won't be disappointed with the view. The unit came complete with a full kitchen and cookware. There is a hot rub on the balcony that is completely secluded...perfect for nighttime star gazing. "The hotel is amazing! The stuff even better! All the property is surrounding with an amazing views, probably the must beautiful views in Costa Rica! Everything is closed by as bars, clubs, restaurants. The property owners are super nice and welcoming! If you look at the sky and see stars, it’s probably not enough to review this hotel! Gorgeous! "We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. "Katia and her staff were welcoming and friendly. Katia wears many hats as host/owner, chef, bartender and more. And she excels at it all! They work hard to accommodate any and all reasonable requests. The views from our room, the rooftop and pool areas were beautiful! Rooms were clean and a very nice size.
