We got there at 3 then we was told our room was not ready , she tried to offer a different room which cost less then when I bought it up she tried to offer me 130. 00 we was way off from what I paid for my original room . "Stayed in a similar property before, Villas are located right on Wailea beach, behind the villas are the Shops @ Wailea that has restaurants, groceries, and many higher end shops. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. It's a great value for a family, We plan on returning again."

"Seem like you have to tippy toe around the property front office people will blame you for stuff that you don’t do. The condo is very nice but it needs new pans other than that. Great location very clean looking place. Be careful sitting on the balcony having dinner people above you or shake their rugs out over the railing all in all good place would do it again"

"The condo was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, clean and had a lovely view of the ocean and sunsets from the spacious lanai. Anyone renting this second story property needs to be aware that the parking is a story lower than the first floor, so you need to take luggage up one ramp, then around the back and up a full flight of stairs. Also the property is advertised as “on the beach”, but the beach was probably a a quarter mile down a steep hillside."

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space.
