"We are not happy about the additional fees for RESORT FEES OF $25 PER NIGHT when we checked in. We were not aware of it prior to purchasing!!!"

"Stayed for Hotel Viking for three nights in October. Overall the hotel was disapointing for the price payed. Over 400 USD/night for a fairly small (but generally acceptabe) room, but very small bathroom that bairly fit one person. Limited ammeneties; Just coffee pods and the soap/shampoo in the bathroom. The rooms and common areas were fairly clean, but a bit of a design mess if that matters to my fellow travellers. Just different styles which I do not expect from a hotel in this price...

"It is our 2 time here. Still nice but the water pressure in the shower was so low that it was impossible to wash my long hair and the fixtures was also broken. We had the room next to the cleaners, and they were talking very loud even if it early in the morning. The room is nice, but there is no privacy when you are on the toilet because it is and open part of the room. So if you wake up in the night to go to the bathroom, it lights up the whole room. "

"Beautiful historic building and fantastic personal staff. Location cannot be better. Free parking. Perfect breakfast and nice free afternoon tea We had room facing Thames Str. - a bit light and loud during night but not big issue."
