"We had a room to level 5. It rains during the night and we heard all night the water falling in the steel gutter. It was noisy and non stop.
When I get outside in the morning I can see many steel gutter on the perimeter of the hotel. It eans every room have the same issue. You should look to replace the steel gutter by plastic gutter. The noise would probably desappear."

"Shuttle service is non existent. The shower leaked so bad -- the bathroom floor was flooded each time my wife or I took a shower! Wall paper is peeling from bathroom. Balcony was unclean and furniture could not be sat in - because it was so moldy!"

"Positives: clean, everything worked, was on the beach, two nice pools. Nice to have a washer & dryer. No ocean view as it was a ground floor, which was fine, because there is no elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor.
This property has been there awhile, the unit was outdated. Could use some updating and paint. There were cracked tiles, carpet tearing between kitchen floor and carpeting. Baseboards very worn which makes them look dirty. The master bedroom cooled well, but the second bedroom didn’t so...

"This was a great place to stay. The host was easy to contact upon arrival and everything was there as was stated. The bed is a sleep number bed, which was better than many hotel beds we’ve slept in. My biggest complaint is that the A/C is governed to only go down to 70 degrees. When it’s still 80 degrees at night and the humidity is 90%, 70 doesn’t really cut it very well, I wound have liked it to at least go down to 68.
