"Let’s start with the good things. The pool was clean and virtually deserted every day. Plenty of chairs and cabanas! The parking was plentiful and near the entrance as well. Now for the areas of improvement. Small things like lack of dish towels and only two shower towels was too bad. Also, not sure the bed linens were changed before our arrival as there were plenty of hairs on the sheets and pillows. The pillows, were like big marshmallows. Like, would it kill you to have at least one pillow...

"Made 4 calls and no one called me back. The 1st call they did answer as I could not get in. Emailed twice with no Response. It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee"
