"DO NOT RENT from Sea oats Or southern vacation rentals #southernvacationrentals #seaoats We paid for a luxury condo completely misleading. The condition of the unit is unacceptable. The tile floor is covered with a poorly glued rug that feels unstable and unsafe, like it could give way when walking on it. The tiles in the center of the floor were raised almost like a roof peek. This caused a tripping hazard in which we have to move the coffee table over it to avoid our family from tripping...

"Nice area and very easy for transportation around town. However the listing was misleading when I booked the property. The unit was under maintenance that left us unavailable to use the balcony the entire stay. Also the patio furniture was placed INSIDE the condo living room and master bedroom!!!!! The booking on Expedia did not state the maintenance was undergoing. Had we know this we would have definitely not booked this because we under the impression we would be enjoying a nice ocean front...
