"The property was under renovation which was not disclosed. I was unaware of third floor stairs, the power outlets in master bathroom went out. It was near the beach and the place was nice with exception of above issues. May book again on bottom floor"

"This place was an excellent alternative to the flea bag motels in the beach at Port Aransas. It was super clean, easy to get to and beautifully located on the docks. Spencer did a great job getting us checked in and set up."

"Condo was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family vacation. Each room had a bathroom and the pool was a short walk away. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cookware but we made due.
The parking situation, however, was a problem. There are only 2 parking spots per condo and NO overflow parking. "

"Comfortable and convenient to the beach. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for in a condo. Perfect place for couples and large families. Kids had a blast in the room with the bunk beds. Such a nice touch to have an ATV to use to take to the beach! "
