"The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night."

The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. After visiting 150 countries and all their capitals, this city ranks as close to the bottom as it gets. "

"There are two Lakeshore hotels, Lakeshore Banani and Lakeshore Gulshan. I actually stayed at the Lakeshore Gulsjhan, which was the oldest of the two, but excellent. Well run, comfortable, everything one could want. Great district too, quiet and pleasant."
