"Beautiful hotel and grounds with wonderful views off our back deck. The 2 person jetted tube was just what was needed after a day long hiking treks. Friendly and professional staff and we enjoyed a very good dinner on site and the included breakfast had several options and you can choose all you wish to eat."

"Super lækkert hotel lige ved lufthavnen med alt hvad vi skulle bruge - shuttle til lufthavnen fungerer upåklageligt. Vi landede i Quito og skulle bo på et andet hotel i 3 dage, hvorefter vi skulle Galapagos og først bagefter havde vi booket et værelse her. Vi måtte dog ikke have drone med til Galapagos og aftalte derfor med Wyndham, at de kunne opbevare vores drone mens indtil vi kom tilbage 10 dage senere - fantastisk service! "

"ITZA AMAZING. The hotel is in a great location easy to walk to areas or catch taxis. Restaurants close by. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious and filled with everything you need and more. The staff was so wonderful. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Five stars is not enough fhey need 10. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. My only complaint is the rooms are tiny and we had a room with no windows with zero ventilation. At night the room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. I had to open the door to the hallway to get any fresh air in the room and cool it down a little. Besides that, the staff was excellent and helpful. Probably would not stay here again unless I had a room with a window or balcony. "

"La decoración es linda, estilo colonial. El wifi no llegaba a mi habitacion ni el servicio de celular, por lo que la cobertura wifi es deficiente. Las habitaciones estan alrededor de un patio interno donde esta el.restaurante, por lo que puede llegar a ser molestoso ésto. La comida del restaurante muy rica. "

"Lo unico que no me gusto es que los cuartos estan muy cerca del lobby/entrada y en la noche se escucha ruido de la gentre entrando o hablando."
