"Nice hotel with atmosphere "

"Everything was great. Love the hotel & its amenities. Customer service is great. Special thanks to Graham who spent few hours trying to help us with our heating issue in our room. He went above & beyond to make sure we have a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely look for the same hotel when I am traveling within US, because this is my first time staying with them, but it won’t be the last for sure. We’ll be coming back on Saturday to stay one more night as we are heading home."

"The hotel is a regular, well maintained hotel with normal small issues. The staff however went above and beyond to make our experience great. Help with a room after booking issues and everyone went out of their way to be friendly with our family. Good hotel, exceptional staff and if we ever visit Savannah again we will be staying here no matter what!"
