"It was good "

"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were impeccably clean and the all inclusive breakfast was very good. Dave, the manager, was very accommodating allowing us to check in early so we could attend a surprise party in the area. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we travel to Virginia Beach!"

"My first room had a real bad mildew smell. I advised the front desk and they changed my room and it was perfect. Since I paid for a higher floor but switched to a lower due smell they also provided late check out. Great service!"

"During my stay there was a fire and we had to evactuate. I got separated from my son and I found him in a matter of minutes, but after evryone was allowed to go back into their rooms, I later recieved a call fom the front desk to ensure that I fouind my son. There was a lot going on and the staff handled this better then the Fire Department and the Police! I will be staying here again!"

"Staff was amazing! The room was very nice and the ocean front balcony was amazing! Beds were comfortable and there was ample space. The room was clean except we found a hair tie in the shower which makes me wonder how thoroughly that was cleaned. The bar closes earlier than the ice cream shop across the street which was disappointing. Several menu items not available either. Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay again."

"I traveled to Virginia Beach for my Graduation from Regent University with my family. This hotel was everything. The staff was friendly, patient and energetic. The pool was nice, the free breakfast was robust and absolutely wonderful, the rooms were spacious and there is a shopping center with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My travel to my college was 12 minutes so over all it was totally convenient. I will definitely return! I loved it!"

"The 1 bedroom suite was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. However, a small annoyance was the lack of any USB charging ports anywhere in the room. I didn't bring a block and couldn't plug my phone in anywhere to charge. You'd think every modern hotel room would have at least a couple by now."

"This was my second time staying here for my birthday weekend getaway and it was almost even better than the first time! The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean and I was actually surprised that room service came to each room without having to be asked. The breakfast at the Garden Grille is great! I had a voucher the first time but it is still worth the money to pay for it (because there is a cost)! I love this hotel and definitely will continue rooming here in the...

"Nice place"

"Great place to stay! Indoor and outdoor pools would be great for young family. We enjoyed the whirlpool and the pools as well. Loved people watching and listening to the waves from our balcony. One car free parking was an extra bonus and even a 7eleven across the street for snacks! If you’re a Naval buff, the trip to Nauticus in Norfolk was an easy trip from the hotel."
