"Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time."

"Beach Club and Pensacola Beach in general are great and I have been there multiple times. However, multiple lights were out, tv remotes not working, parking passes were missing and place was under contruction with ropes dangling across the view. Also while booking through Southern Vacation rentals they provide one day of basic necessities like soap, dishwashing liquid. They state that the above were listed on the website. I never had these issues with other rental companies there before."

"Our stay was great! The area feels very laid-back and relaxed. Traffic during the 4th of July was a bit heavy, so we had to wait at times, but overall it wasn’t too bad. There are lots of family activities to do in the area. The facility itself was excellent—the kids loved the pool, and the view from the balcony was beautiful."
