"We had such a great time at Djorff Palace. The staff is awesome and we got spoiled from beginning to the end. Getting to the city of Luxor is fast. Djorff Palace got their own Nile River boat shuttle. Just text the reception on WhatsApp 10 min before you need a pickup. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful. "Nile Valley is a Great Place for several reasons; Location on the quiet West Bank is perfect in relation to boats across the Nile to the noisy city and Karnak Temple, visit to Valley of Kings and early balloon ride. There is a little town with shops. Management is very helpfully and arranged tours, pickup in airport, guide and balloon ride for us. "I wish my stay here was longer. The service and hospitality were fantastic. And the attached restaurant had delicious local foods…I’m still thinking about the lentil soup! The hotel also arranged airport transfers so that I didn’t have to worry about getting to the hotel or airport. Saves bargaining with people outside the Luxor airport. The only downside was that the shower was very small and not the easiest to enter/exit due to the placement of the sink. "

"I paid in full to Expedia when I booked. However, when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel manage told me there was no reversation for me and if I wanted to stay, I had to pay them. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours. I did not get any responses or refund after days. Expedia scammed me my money"

All the perks shown on their ad was all BOGUS like the free airport transfers and KFC and Pizza Hut is 4000 feet away from the property, etc. This location is in the boonies and the caretaker is always asking for money every time I need something."
