"First the good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there one night, and I would not have wanted to stay longer. The room was fine but certainly run down compared to the Expedia photos - rust on fixtures, water damage on wood and overall just needing some things replaced. The bathroom was decent. There was construction happening off the lobby near the pool and some other repairs happening elsewhere. The location is NOT on the beach so read the description carefully. It is a short...

"The pool was dirty, the screen door to the balcony was broken, the sheets were dirty and there was a roach in the bedroom. The staff came and changed the sheets though. Also, at the beach, there was no one there to help with chairs and on one of the days, about 30-40 kids came and took over the area as well as the beach chairs. The desks ladies were really nice."
