"The staff members were very respectful, friendly, and always ready to help, especially Emmanuel. He went above and beyond by offering to go into town to purchase some items we needed for our kids. We truly appreciate his kindness, thoughtfulness, and willingness to assist. His excellent customer service made our experience even more special. Thank you, Emmanuel!"

"This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
