Located in a calm environment, the house benefits from a privileged location, close to shops and the beach, accessible in just 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike.

Fully equipped separate kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, DeLonghi coffee machine with ground coffee, kettle, toaster, Sodastream), ideal for preparing and sharing good meals.



Warm living room / dining room with friendly dining space.



A mezzanine space with television and a convertible 140 sofa bed offering additional sleeping accommodation. The mezzanine is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort throughout the year.



A master bedroom with a double bed 140cm and private ensuite comprising shower, sink and WC. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, particularly appreciated during hot weather.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.

For your comfort, the accommodation will be ready to welcome you: the end-of-stay cleaning as well as bed linen and towels are included to guarantee you a peaceful arrival.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. In order to maintain optimal welcome quality for all our travellers, it is mandatory to:



• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take the bins out to the designated locations

• Gather the used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:
