"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

"For the price it it’s good. If you want to relax go to the expensive hotels. If you want to save and don’t care about the noise then stay here. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. Parking first come first serve. Get there early. You can walk to the beach or the restaurants. "

"This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot!"

"Just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Stunning views! The upstairs toilet did not flush, the downstairs shower did not work, and the stove only had 2 working burners. Minor maintenance would make things perfect. Other than that, we had a lovely time!"

"Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed."

"This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!"

"Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety."

"Property was in excellent condition with a beautiful ocean view but our experience with Castaway was horrible. First they had us pick up or keys at Sonoran Spa, picked up the keys and when we got to the property the keys only worked for the outside door. And when we called and called Castaway, there was no answer. Finally went back to Sonoran Spa and come find out they forgot to provide us with the keypad lock number/combination. And finally, no one was in the office when returning or keys at...

"Great security, security guards very friendly, enclosed yard for dog, clean, great ice cold air conditioning. Showers outside to wash off. Cooked on the barbecue grill. Enjoyed watching baseball on great reception television. Privacy. Very close to town and beach. Everything was in the Casita that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels. Easy to find and instructions for the house. Stayed five days. Much better than the resorts."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Was just looking for the basics on a budget and wasn't disappointed. It was clean and wifi worked great. Only used one bedroom, but both had large beds. The host was always available and super attentive to anything I needed. I would definitely come back."

"The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks."
