"Good location and big rooms! But big spot on the carpet, black hairs on white towels, very bad lighting. The neighbor room was noisy (after party at 2am) and it took almost an hour before they were quiet even though we called front desk. Please note that there aren’t a breakfast buffet as us Europeans are used to, but you can order breakfast in the bar but these are not good and expensive. The hotel aren’t that eco-friendly with all that single use plastic and tons of plastic packaging. "

"I like the proximity to the major freeway interchange of 680 and 17, be able to walk to Valley Fair Mall/Santana Row if I chose to (and I did), and being across the street from Falafel’s Drive-in (had gone there for years when in college, decades before it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives!) The place is clean and modern and fancy. What I didn’t like was that someone took the valet cart and I had to make multiple trips to/from my car on the bottom floor while my room was on the 2nd...

"Weird that this hotel had limited office hours. Office closes at 9 pm so you have to call to get someone to give you a key. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 and we had to leave by 7 and the office wasn’t open yet but there was a staff person sitting in a car by the office. Never experienced that before. Was a bit noisy and was in a very busy part of town. Parking was a little difficult and far from our room. It was clean though."
