"Since it was with the Radisson group we expected a high standard, but found a sloppy hotel, where the level of communication and service was lacking to a degree that made us laugh. We tried 4 (sic) times to book a airport shuttle, but never got a confirmation and ended up with a taxi. That was just the beginning of a complete lack of service - when we came down for breakfast one morning our dinner plates from the evening before were still left dirty on the table. and we could go on with stories...

"I loved that this property was close to many different food options as we did not do the all inclusive package. You can walk from the fairy. The one thing that bothered me was that other peoples dirty dishes from room service sat in the hallways for long periods of time and was inviting in bugs. Also our room had a bit of a musty odor but other than that everything was great!"

"The Property was amazing. I also received amazing service. The spa was excellent. The only thing I did not like was the steakhouse. The food was disappointing and it was not included in the all inclusive. "

"The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"This is the second night we stay and we're in a different room, it is very clean as the previous one and has all the same amenities. They were expecting us so the check in process was very fast. As this is our second stay, the neighborhood seems safe, and the hotel is very quiet. Also there's a mall nearby (2 min drive) where you can go to some restaurants (Taj mahalo was very good) and a supermarket. It's very close to the airport also (around 10-15 minute drive)"
