Everyone enjoyed collecting conchas. Kitchen had necessary dishes to cook meals. Towels were provided but bring your own towels."

"We had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The newly remodeled kitchen in the villa is fabulous!! The setting is stunning and right off the beach. Perfect place for watching sunsets. We enjoyed lounging in the back yard and playing Corn Hole. The huge hot tub was a favorite. There was also a lot of green space next to the villa for soccer and family games. We utilized the pool with the swim up bar, the family pool and the fitness center. We are definitely coming back...

Los minisplit viejos y ruidosos, de hecho, una recámara no la pudimos usar la mitad de la estancia porque además de vieja no enfriaba y al dueño le importó muy poco nuestra situación y que viajamos con un bebé. No corresponde la descripción en la página con la actual situación de la propiedad. La vieja estufa es un peligro. Hay cucarachas de drenaje vivas y muertas. Mejor busquen un HOTEL. JAMÁS REGRESARÉ"

"I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December...

"Though this was in a great location, it was seriously lacking. We received maid service for our unit was one day only, while other friend's unit was cleaned daily. We had to go to front desk for toilet paper more than once, as they didn't regularly clean our unit. No wash clothes in unit so had to request those. They tell you you have to wash the dishes, but provide NO dish towels or dish clothes, dish soap or even a plug for the kitchen sink! We had ants all over in the bathrooms. The living...

"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
