"Just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Stunning views! The upstairs toilet did not flush, the downstairs shower did not work, and the stove only had 2 working burners. Minor maintenance would make things perfect. Other than that, we had a lovely time!"

"we enjoyed the home and pool, clean and very safe, its a bit away from Rocky Point but if you know your way around it is very quick to get to other areas in town, my only complaint was trying to contact host through email regarding a billing issue. not once did he return my email , which I sent through the portal, where it noted contact host. "Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
