"Es un excelente Hotel, lo único malo es que el estacionamiento está enfrente y es tierra por lo que no dura nada limpio el auto de hay en más todo está súper genial."

"Ya es la segunda vez que voy a Cid el Moro un año cambié a Castilla y fue mala decisición si cambia mucho uno de otro. Al llegar el check in fue rápido llegamos a las 12 del medio día y nos dieron nuestras pulceras para hacer uso de las instalaciones y consumir alimentos y bebidas y ya a las 4 pm nos dieron nuestra habitación. el Check out ya es a las 11 am cuando en otros hoteles es a las 12. Las instalaciones son buenas, la habitación la aseaban diario solo 1 de las almohadas olía a cigarro....

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This was the first time ever anyone has left us more than enough laundry detergent, softener and static cling sheets for the dryer. This allowed us to wash our towels which are provided by the owner, several times. Waking up to the view of the ocean was amazing! We would recommend renting this condo to anyone interested in having a great time."

"The condo was amazing, nothing but perfection. The hospitality of the property staff is above and beyond. Plenty of security always willing to assist with any questions you might have. "This condo was gorgeous, large and overall a great experience for our family. Some things to note...the phase 3 building are currently under construction. There was construction everywhere and at first we thought we went to the wrong building. There is no check in per se. We had to go to the sales office to get paper bracelets to use the pool (they didnt have the plastic laminated ones available yet), they also did not have parking passes, which made getting in interesting a few times. "This was the worst room that we have ever experienced. The host was horrible and didn’t fix anything, but the unit was so bad it needs to be remodeled. Called VRBO and they did nothing. All around worst service that we have experienced in Mexico. False advertising, not room in pictures on VRBO."

"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
