We could not have asked for a better place for our group of 13. The bathroom situation is solid with all 4 rooms being accessible via the main room. "Super well appointed. Plenty of space for 6 people, close enough to all the activities but far enough that it felt like we could truely decompress at the end of the night. There’s a trolly 3 blocks away but don’t count on using it, it was completely full every time we tried to- however it was spring break so that may have contributed to the crowdedness.
