"Stay was great and room was awesome. J Calo the Bel man was extra helpful and the front desk was very nice. Pool did run out of towels, we did ask for some and they were never brought over. Drinks while gambling did take a bit long to get back to us also. "

I liked the selection of restaurants and the variety of food choices. The casinos we very clean and well attended. I was happy we had the option of self checkout. I would recommend the Horseshoe to anyone. "

"Hotel was great. Loved the pool area! Restaurants in the hotel weren’t open. Restaurants in casino were open but it was pretty smoky in there. Didn’t want to take kids in there so we didn’t."

"Picture perfect views. Nice large room with great beds. Very Nice staff, especially the bartender. Quiet sorroundings. Dislike: biggest issiu was that the pool was closed for maintenence… bit of a nummer with 80-90 degrees weather."

"It’s always crazy at Mardi Gras, but the staff is incredible at handling the chaos. Accommodations are nice and the kitchenette is just what we needed for our Mardi Gras stay.
