"This unit was delivered as advertised…right on the beach with a wonderful view of gulf in front of you. Unit 5 is a true gem amongst the other jewels in the area. Equipped with great amenities (and a very good air conditioner), we were as comfortable here as we are in our own homes. "The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants."
