"This adorable carriage house was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. We also walked to the pools. Everything was clean and beautiful! It is the PERFECT spot for a couples’ getaway."

"The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog."

"This home was just what the doctor ordered. A Pottery Barn inspired decor, sparkling clean, well appointed residence! It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. "This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!"

"Property was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was great and the HOA had a reserved area on the beach for lounging. The pool was just cross the street as well. As a bonus there was a closet on the back porch filled with beach toys and a few chairs to use. Will definately stay here again."

"We loved our stay in 30A. The location was perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. "Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

"Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!"

"This carriage house was everything we hoped for, It exuded charm and comfort, cleanliness, and everything we needed except the food. The proximity to the beach is priceless, and the association keeps everything clean and secure on the beach as well as the streets. We walked everywhere. "We rented the cottage to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Needless to say, i wanted everything to be perfect. The cottage was exactly as advertised and everything i hoped it would be!! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the main area but far enough to have some quiet time. My wife loved the location, the cottage and the whole Rosemary Beach experience. The host's communication was excellent I highly recommend her!"

"This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. "My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. We loved our little Cottage house, comfy, clean and cozy just like the pictures and the location was perfect. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that...

"Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good."

"We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry....

"Stay was great, but there was construction on the house next door so saws and power tools started up at 7;30 am. Not fun. Also, two of our vehicles got nails in tires."
