"A really great stay. The only thing lacking was a view but the unit was fantastic. Everything is new and the location is great. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. Everything needed was provided and the host provided lots of ideas on things to do. Highly recommended!"

"This was a great home base, walkable to the Harbour with lots of amenities. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic. The bedroom is right above 101 and you hear braking and accelerating cars all night long. The owner does everything he can to minimise the noise with earplugs and a white noise machine, but we weren’t able to sleep much. If noise doesn’t bother you, this is a great find, definitely worth the price."

"We only stayed one night. The condo was very cute, clean, and well-maintained. Bigger than we expected too! The only drawbacks were the condo was on a busy street, and parking was on the street or in an open dirt lot. We were a little concerned with security/break-ins since we had some stuff stored in our car from our roadtrip and there were people out on the street late at night (I’m guessing homeless). Turned out fine though."

"The property was very clean and nice. The room was nice and well stocked. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. The hot tub didn’t work at our time of stay. Not a big deal, though. Nice couple of restaurants right down the road. Awesome brewery in town. Overall, loved it!!! Definitely would come again!"

"Shelter Cove is a remote charming village on the ocean. It is about 30miles of twisty roads to get there. there are exquisite tide pools We appreciated the upgrade to a lower floor and a full kitchen."

"This property is nice, cute, well maintained and close to the beautiful California Coast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the afternoon sun with ocean breezes. We were hoping to be able to prepare dinner during our stay, but it was not easy with no oven or BBQ. We were able to improvise, but with limited local dinning opportunities fixing our own meals was a challenge. Fortunately for us we found a dinning gem at Anchor Bay Thai. Awesome food and service. "Quiet and beautiful views."

"We were only there for a brief overnight but the unit was so comfortable I wished we were staying longer! We got dinner to go from the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed it along with an evening breeze at the dining table. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was very clean and I appreciated that we didn't have to do anything but leave in the morning. No need to strip bed, take out garbage etc. I would definitely reccomend this property and would stay again if we find ourselves back in Crescent...

"This was our first trip to Shelter Cove, and part of a trip up the Northern Lost Coast. The unit was clean and we loved having our own private hot tub. We used the tub a few times daily. They even left robes! With the views, and sounds of the ocean it felt like a spa treatment at a fine resort! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the tub. "I travel to the area at least quarterly, and have stayed at many properties. This has been the best by far - Super clean, well appointed, nice neighborhood, conveniently located to freeway and shopping. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything I would want, everything seemed new, the shower was terrific! The walls are quite thin, and I heard some really interesting conversations from the neighbors, but since I was only there long enough to sleep, it was not really an issue....
