"We have stayed in Estes Park many times over the years. This is our favorite, perfect location and wonderful hosts. The place is immaculate with tasteful Colorado mountain decor. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening overlooking the river. Great assortment of books and movies for inside time but the views and hiking in and around Estes Park are the best. You can easily walk into town from the unit which is an added bonus."

"I was just hired by the city of boulder from out of state and needed a place to stay to start my new job and figure out what my next steps were, Walter and Jessica,(the hosts) were amazing, they made me feel at home in a new town, the space was clean and ready for me to move into and had all the basic things except for food. They were gracious hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend them, I would have stayed longer but they had already booked the space. The location is great near the city...

"Unique farm experience. Loved seeing the goats and chickens. The actual apartment transported you to the beach, with whisical decorations. Very relaxing place to stay. "We were excited to find a property that had a place for the dogs to go outside so we didn't have to leash them every time and we thought this place had that. However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. So, we had to do some good cleaning once letting them back in and did not let them out back again. We only took them...

"The property was in a great location allowing access to 470 and everything else. It was nice to be able to just walk to downtown Littleton without having to fight for parking. Cindy was great communicating during the whole process and kept us updated when there was an issue before we got to the property. We will definitely see about using the property again next time we are in the area."

"The apartment was spacious and very clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did."

"This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front...
