"Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls.
The cost was very reasonable also.
We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down.

"Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was excellent from start to finish. My son had an amazing time at the water park, and it was wonderful seeing how much fun there was for families and kids. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better.
The room was very clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and cared for. Everything felt organized, comfortable, and family-friendly. I honestly have no complaints about our stay.

"I called the place and tbe phone didn’t answer so we went to the place and my brother tried calling there after we asked the staff if the phone works and it didn’t ring! I proceeded to ask her to give me a good number to call form there and gave me her own phone number instead! She said she’ll give me a call back the next day but didn’t!
