My daughter had her wedding here , they were so organised with all the preparations the food was the best (compliments to the chef)and all the staff so helpful and friendly.Recommend the conrad without any hestitation

“Perfection!”

As the title states - this hotel was perfection in every sense of the word! From the moment we checked-in to the time we left, we were treated like royalty. A hotel is only as good as its staff.The Conrad staff were very friendly and helpful - always smiling. The hotel itself is beautiful! No photos can do it justice! Our room was on the ground floor with direct access to the lagoon pool. This was planned as a romantic getaway for my partner & it surpassed all my expectations! I am Cabin Crew for an international airline, staying at lots of premium hotels around the world. The Conrad Bali is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at and the only hotel I will be staying at next time I visit Bali!

“Should have stayed here for more days”

Conrad Bali was the perfect place to stay in my holiday. The scenery was perfect, the verendahs equipped with beds was a very clever idea, it enabled us to watch sunrise/sunset while literally still in bed. The many pools in the hotel gave a very resort feeling. Unfortunately I didn't have an opportunity to try out Jiwa Spa before I left as it was fully booked! Maybe there ought to be an increase in the services there. :)

Beautiful, clean, relaxing room. Stairs from our patio, that allowed us to walk into the pool. The staff were helpful, friendly.....can't say enough about them. Food was great! The upgrade to club members during our stay, was well worth the $20/day. Would love to go back in the future!!!!

“A Good Hotel for Kids”

The Conrad's staff was friendly and patient when it came to kids. Apart from having their own kid's club, they provided all sorts of other products to make your kids feel at home (whether it be a welcome kit with a baby amenity kit, rubber toy for the bathtub or a small teddy bear), it makes them settle in immediately. The staff in the restaurants were also very patient and took the extra effort to talk to the kids and make them feel as if they were on holiday.

“Two Tumbs Up For Family Vacation”

Everything is very impressive, specially the service. Whenever you request for help, in terms of housekeeping or room service, they'll response very fast and in good result. However, this hotel isn't recommended for honeymooners since it has high volume of guests which isn't allowed couple to be in private moment. Everywhere is full of family shouting, running, and laughing... And no nice restos nearby, you gotta drive farther to have a nice meal, around 35 mins will take you to Seminyak areas's nice cafes and restos. Lastly, NICE BEACH VIEW! And grand swimming pool. Highly recommended for a beach view hotel, it's one of the best!

“Comfortable stay in Conrad”

We just come back from our 5 days trip to Bali with family. Flying from Perth Australia to join family holiday and three families stay at the same accommodation. We use five hotel rooms next to each other. Ours is kingsize bedroom and the hotel give us extra bed at no charge for our 5 yo daughter. Staff are all friendly and trying to look after you, from the time we arrive, staying there and when we're leaving. Pool is great, also beach just behind the pool. Love the Bale overlooking the ocean, quiet and breezy. Breakfast is great, nice food, nice seating layout next to the pond. Appreciate the staff prompt response when you're asking for anything. Jiwa Spa is outstanding.. Profesional therapist with average 7years experience at the same hotel. Will definitely come back when we visit Bali!! If you have kids I will recommend this than Ayana. But if you're couple, then Ayana offer more privacy but service at Conrad is better! Well done Conrad!!
