"Some front desk staff were excellent. Others need a raise or a lover. Gym is small but great. Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available.
Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout.
Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...

"Pro- Rooms are clean. Hotel is clean.
Big Con-
Bed was super uncomfortable- definitely no upgrades with the beds, mattresses, or pillows. Expect to have a hard bed, and very flat pillows (“feathers” have fallen to one side of the pillow/ pillow lacking any structure ). If you read reviews others will say the same- fix your beds Fairfield!!!
I did ask for 2 extra pillows, and was told by the ladies at the front desk that they didn’t have any extra pillows for rooms without pullout couch...
