Wonderful stay over Christmas
The room was in great condition with very comfortable beds and view of the Matterhorn. Very convenient for ski access and very close to the gen e-bus stop. The pool and saunas were also great. So was the breakfast. They pleasingly surprised us with a Christmas tree and treats.

The property was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area was very nice. The breakfast had lots of good options. The hotel is just a few minute walk from the train station and the center of town. We would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Naco! It is really near the train station and within walking distance to everywhere for a first time traveller to Zermatt! Breakfast had a wide variety too! I would definitely go back if I were to travel to Zermatt again!

After travelling through London & Paris, this hotel was a breath of fresh air; everything felt new and modern, clean and tidy.... and the customer service was above and beyond. We were greeted by a very happy man at the front desk.... which sadly seemed to be missing from the rest of our European experiences. Sadly we only had two nights here.... we wanted to stay much longer and enjoy everything this hotel had to offer. They even prepared lunches for us to take away with us as we left very early in the morning. This hotel should be a top choice for anyone visiting here; you might be lucky enough to get a view of the Matterhorn from your balcony like we did.

Nice place and reception staff.
We were upgraded to a suite that had two rooms and two bathrooms. It was a very nice suite with a balcony. There was sufficient closet space to hang out clothes. Breakfast was quite nice, beyond the American Continental style breakfast. It was a buffet style breakfast. They even had fridge section of cheese selections. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, muesli, yogurt, fruits… even fresh squeezed OJ if you want. The reception lady was very nice and sweet. It’s not too far from the train station but far enough from the touristy crowds to enjoy the peace.

It was a great location and the rooms were in pristine condition . Sad that the pool And spa was going through renovation, but overall convenient location , great breakfast and awesome service. Would definitely return back to this place the next trip.

The hotel rooms were very well laid out with everything that made our stay memorable. The breakfast was amazing! Having a kitchenette was a huge plus with small kids. The pool was closed due to renovation which was a little disappointing but overall the location, service, food, and facilities were outstanding.

The hotel was a five minute walk from the train station. The suite provided everything needed for a short stay. Nice little kitchen area and balcony and very nice bathroom. Heated indoor pool and sauna were great, as well as the breakfast.

Had a fantastic view and is in a very convenient location that is close to everything. Was able to receive a free upgrade as well. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, highly recommend.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es hatte eine kleine Küche mit zwei Kochfeld und einem Kühlschrank, dazu ausstreichendes Geschirr. Badezimmer ist gross, tolle Dusche und viel Ablagefläche. Das Hotel wurde nach Aussagen im 2020 renoviert. Dem kann zugestimmt werden da wirklich alles neu ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist für jedermann was. Das Wasser hat eine sehr angenehme Temperatur, sowie ist der Sprudelbereich sehr entspannend. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Hier findet jedermann was.
