Lovely hotel near Malioboro road
Lovely hotel in short walking distance to Malioboro road. Amazing cafe / restaurant on the 8th floor with inexpensive range of foods including western dishes. spacious room with everything we needed. Would stay again in Yogyakarta

Nice looking place with good breakfast. The room was a bit "hot" and not so fresh. But otherwise the hotel was really nice with nice staff.

What I liked: beds were comfy, staff were very nice, laundry service was efficient and great, free room upgrade. What I disliked: rubbish not cleared in room one of the days, they messed up our massage slot (booked 2 pax but only 1 masseuse), massage was sub-par, gym was really lacking in facilities, got a call from room service at 130am asking if we ordered chicken and fries when we did not, nothing much in the vicinity in close walking distance. Heavy traffic and poor pavements makes the location not ideal if you wanna explore on foot. Hair in food. Desk chair was a little wonky.

Letak strategis, Service bagus
Service nya bagus. Kekurangannya di sprei setelah minta ganti baru tetap bau seperti bekas orang pake. Entah apa diganti atau cuman dibersihkan.

Lauke schone hotel en vlakbij centrum
Hotel is mooi, schoon, goede service en aardige personeels. Alleen 1 ding vond ik heel jammer dat fitness ruimte staat echt naast het restaurant is dat iedereen kunnen naar kijken terwijl dat je aan het sporten bent.

Prima prijsbewust hotel
Wij verbleven een week in dit prettige hotel. Het is een oase van rust in het drukke en hete Yogyakarta. Personeel is zee vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. Airco prima. Er is ook een vrij klein zwembad en een eenvoudige fitnessruimte, maar voldoet prima.

ホテルはいいけれど、交通の便が悪いので慣れた人向け
このお値段のホテルとしては設備、バイキング形式の朝食、スタッフのホスピタリティ、どれを取っても満足のいくものでした。 朝食美味しかったです。 フォロントのスタッフさんもとても親切です。 ただ問題があるとするとロケーションで、中心部から少し離れているので、公共交通機関を自由に使える人か、タクシー、ベチャでの移動になります。 また、どうやら常にホテル前にタクシーが待機しているランクではないようで、ベチャしかいないこともありますので、使いこなしてください。 水周りは、バスタブはなく、シャワーになります。 テレビは、日本語放送が1ch入ります。

エアコンが消えると部屋がモワッとする以外は、清潔で綺麗ですてきなホテルでした。 スタッフもすごく優しかったです。

Good but...
Alcohol free would not suit everyone. Hotel staff very helpful. Local area would benefit from better restaurants though Street food is really, really cheap and pretty good... If it wasnt for all those motorbikes. Hotel should have provided local maps guides etc.

Not worth the price of a 4 ⭐️ practically overrated
Terrible soundproof: room to room noise, you can hear everything from next door, from children talking, to couple's condescending and the worst one comes from sound of water streaming down regularly from the shower, washtable & toilet! The floordrain slow motion water flow system doesn't help the local flooding whenever you shower either. There's no nozzle in the shower, only rain shower model so you must always wash your hair even though you don't feel like it. The room has strange mildew or glue smell from the new wooden furniture i suppose. And as other said, the quick table clean up initiative the waitresses are taking during breakfast was aggravating.

Comfortable hotel. Close to Sultans palace and Marlioboro street. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Extremely well located
Karaton Palace was my last stop on a long morning of exploration (Borobodur and Prambanan temples). Cavinton hotel is rather close to Karaton. Its also close to Malioboro Street and Pathok Street (for Bakpia and Kripik lovers). All within walking distance.

Kami menginap 4 malam. Kami sangat senang kamrnya di upgrade. Suami sy ulang tahun saat kami menginap namun sangat disayangkan tidak ada birthday complimentary dri hotel. Tapi hotel sangat membantu menyiapkan surprise untuk suami saya termasuk romantic candle light dinner di rooftop. Terima kasih banyak

Enjoyed stay in Yogyakarta.
The breakfast buffet was truly fabulous! The hotel is very new. It seems parts of it are not complete or fully furbished yet. It is modern and contemporary. Well appointed rooms. Nice swimming pool too. The hotel is in center of the town close to a lot of attractions.

綺麗なホテルです
マリオボロ通りから15分くらいですが、非常に使いやすかったです。 ホテルの方も親切に対応してくれました。 ややシャワーの排水が弱かったのが残念でした。

4 stars room size with 2 stars service
The hotel is still under construction after opened about 1 year ago. There was still so many construction dust and dirt on several public areas. But the management seemed don't bother about that. We arrived at 4 pm and the room still not ready. When i asked the front desk agent when would the room be ready, he said "i don't know". The breakfast is like on 3 stars hotel and the taste was not average. Some staffs did not serve with full heart. They didn't smile enough. I think the hotel management still have a lot of work to do in order to make cavinton become a real 4 stars hotel. The positive comments are the price is lower than other 4 stars hotel. And the location is not far from malioboro.
