Great stay!
Our family had a great time! House had everything we needed and enough space to accommodate our party of 9 people. House is very close to the village and many restaurants. The house is on the hill which provides awesome views for the morning coffee:) I would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing House for Snowboarding/Skiing
What a great place! We stayed as a group of 11 adults and everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The bus line to the village was super convenient but we found it even easier just to drive as it was only about 5 minutes away. Host was SUPER easy to communicate with and helped us out with any/all of our questions and needs. 10/10, will stay here again.

Whistler Ski for 2 families
The hosts were terrific and the cabin was great for two families. The upper bunk room works for children 10 and under. The lower 1/2 bunk room is overflow sleeping which works for people who don't need privacy. Perfect for 8 people. Works for 12 if small kids and/or people who are chill about their sleeping arrangement. We loved our stay and enjoyed the view and cozy setting without the bustle of the village.

Family time and all together
The house let multi generations of our family be together with lots of space. It was a beautiful home, clean and welcoming. I felt welcomed and all my questions before we arrived and after we got home and found we had left some things behind.

Great Location, Plenty of Sleeping Space, Great Layout
Property was convenient to the bus to get anywhere around town. Lots of space for everyone to sleep, and as far as I could tell the listing was very accurate. Parking for up to 3 vehicles, which was clearly stated and allowed us to plan the logistics around that with our large group. Host was communicative at check in (as well as the time leading up to our trip!) friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the open layout in the kitchen / living area was great for us to gather and spend time together in the evenings. Unbelievable snow, and the plows came through each day to clear the road to the property. Had a great trip and would definitely recommend / book again!

Great spot for a conference in Whislter
We had a mid-sized group (8), and found this place to be great for our stay. Location was convenient (the shuttle is a nice option) and the place was great for hosting a group.

Great location
The house is in a great location, minutes from the village. The layout is nice with the master upstairs, main floor entrance with the living room and kitchen, and other bedrooms downstairs. Everyone was nice and comfortable!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, convenient location!
Our group of friends had a wonderful stay for a long weekend ski trip! We fit 11 adults and 2 dogs comfortably. The location was perfect and the bus was so convenient to go back and forth to the village, using NextRideBC to check the schedule. The bus is not free like some of the other shuttle routes, but they accept cash (USD or CAD) and day passes are available at the visitor center. The views of the mountains from the balconies were beautiful too. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Views
The views from this property are lovely! There was more than enough beds for our group, tho they were not that comfortable. Kitchen worked out good, would be nicer to have a larger fridge for a big group. The dinning chairs are not comfortable, the big table was good. Was a relaxing place to be with family.

Great House!
Really enjoyed staying at Mellisa/Kim’s! Great proximity to the village, and tons of space for a weekend trip with my coworkers and I. One note is there is only room for a max of 3 cars, so I would advise other groups to plan accordingly. Overall, beautiful Ski house with everything we were looking for!

Great location with easy access to the village
This home is very spacious and we were easily able to accommodate 10 ppl in the house without it ever feeling crowded. The bus stop is a very short walk from the front door which made getting to the mountain very easy.

Overall the property served our purposes well. It was larger than we thought and accommodated 11 people, which included 4 children adequately. Since we had 3 boys and one girl the twin bed room was used by one of the boys and the girl. This meant that my daughter and her husband occupied the double/single bunk room which wasn't very comfortable for my daughter because of large dips in the mattresses in both upper and lower bunks. I communicated with Kim Pickett, the owner as i was unable to get hold of Melissa and the one time II tried to get hold of I was unable to due to An incorrect phone number The number given on the sheet of instructions was 602-880-6355 instead of 604-880-6355. By the time ifigured it out I was texting with Kim when I required clarification or assistance and that worked well. Since I didn't communicate with Melissa I left the star line above blank. The small issues that we had I sent to Kim and I am sure she dealt with them.

Whistler Golf Trip
The ONLY issue I had was the entry code was not sent at 4PM. I tried the contact numbers several times until we managed to get a hold of someone at about 4:30. An inconvenience, but not the end of the world. Otherwise the stay was fantastic.

Great location, great views, great home
We spent a long weekend here and it was a fantastic place to use as our home base for exploring the great Whistler area. The views from the home are beautiful and being right on the bus route made it super easy to get around. The layout was nice being across three floors too as it allows the main living area to feel spacious and the fireplace really made it cozy as well. Check-in and check-out was easy and Kim was able to help us with answering some questions in the weeks leading up to our arrival. Thank you Kim!

We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Everything was well stocked, had beautiful views of the mountain, easy bus access to the village right at the corner to the house, home was slightly older, but clean. There are 2 sets of bunkbeds that are exposed and don't offer any quiet. Would recommend this place for no more than 4 couples.

Great, spacious property, responsive owners. NOT great experience with VRBO
This property was well laid out for our large family, comfortable and spacious. Large dining room table was the perfect place to gather for extended meals and games of cards. Comfortable couches and beds.I had a couple of questions and had to call the owner while in Whistler who was very pleasant and responsive. Our one major beef, however, was with VRBO itself. Whilst booking this Canadian property from Vancouver, Canada, I assumed my invoice was in CAD. It was only after I booked that I read another review which indicated a renter's dismay that the currency was actually in USD. Nowhere on our booking site was USD indicated, nor on our invoice nor the rental agreement. As this was an expensive property, the extra 35% was a significant amount. We contacted VRBO to voice our dismay at this glaring oversight and were told A.) It's the owner's fault B.) it's on the site and we just couldn't see it (It was not there - we sent screen shots to VRBO) and finally we were told C.) It's our computer - we need to "clear our cookies" and somehow the currency would magically appear. After much back and forth, we were finally given a customer support email address to send our screen shots to. We immediately received a 'bounce back' titled "Aw, Shucks.... we no longer monitor this email site." The next email address we were given also resulted in an immediate 'bounce back' stating our 'file was too big, (over 30 MB) when in fact it was not, it was 2 MB. There was absolutely no customer support and nobody at VRBO gave a sh-t. As such, my family WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH VRBO AGAIN......

Spacious home in a great location with magnificent views.
The home is in great location. Close to Lakeside Park and the Valley Trail. Spacious for a big extended family or two families. Great kitchen supplies and magnificent views. Makes for great evening family barbecues. Air conditioning units really helped keep it cool on hot evenings. Large garage is great for storing bikes and kayaks. Would use again in the future.

Great house and great location
Not too far from the main village (bus stops at the end of the driveway) and a great house. We stayed for a friends wedding and this worked perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and some basic spices. Four separate bedrooms each with at least a queen mattress is tough to find but essential for four couples. This place was exactly what we needed.

The location and view are wonderful. The house was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, the washer was not working properly and made very loud squeaky noises the posting lists a hot tub, which was inaccurate, the layout of the house is slightly awkward and cut off, and the upstairs master bedroom was very hot. Dispite the above disappointing features the property manager Kim was very responsive and addressed our concerns!

Dog friendly, but very clean place! There is some wear and tear visible on the place but bathrooms and kitchen are updated and nice! Lots of beds! Great location, short bus or drive to the Village. Quiet location. Very nice neighborhood! Trail access just down the hill from the place. Amazing views!

Comfortable unit with great view
Property very comfortable and all 6 (2 couples and 2 singles) people had a great sleep It"s actually 4 bedrooms with an alcove with bunk beds. Kitchen all set up and needed for nothing. Great view. Advertised as having a hot tub that did not exist. Not as clean as we had hoped with spider webs in rooms and lots of old leaves on balcony and a dirty towel on hook in bathroom. I think it is very important that VRBO clearly state that rentals are in US funds as I had a big surprise when as a Canadian renting in Canada I had to pay in US funds.

Lovely spacious and well stocked with dishes and tools for cooking for our large group. Great views
We had a fun long weekend. We were enjoying warmer than usual weather however, and didn't know how the room A/C units were supposed to work (they weren't vented). And since the mosquitoes were plentiful, it would have been nice to have screens, to be able to just leave the windows open. Also the beautiful eastern exposure brings the sun streaming in very early in the summer, with no way to really darken many of the rooms. So many of us slept restlessly (too hot) and short nights (light very early).

Hi Jill, Thanks for the review. I’m so glad you guys had a great time and enjoyed our home. Unfortunately, we have been having some warmer weather lately, so we did add some AC units. We ordered permananemt venting in the side windows and waiting for installation in next week or so. Screens were installed on June 25 and they make a huge difference with the fresh mountain air. Sorry we just missed you for the screens. I hope you guys come back and stay with us again. I’m sure you will be happy with the additions. Great place to gather with friends!
We were traveling to Whistler for a wedding and used the opportunity to share a home with friends near and far! The house was set up great for large groups and had the most amazing views, lots of natural light and lots of mirrors (this was huge with several women getting ready for a wedding). The hosts were responsive and helpful. While we were all adults, the setup lends nicely to families with children as well with fun bunk beds set up on both upper and lower levels. Ski bus pulled up just outside and the location near the village was superb! We would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Skiing in Whistler
Great property for our family ski trip. This house had more than enough space for all six of us to rest and relax. Everything we needed was well-stocked, from the kitchen, to towels, to extra pillows and blankets. The shuttle was $2.50 per person each way during peak season (Jan 2 - 7), so we ended up driving each day and parking in Lot 2. Only costs $10 and it's less than 5 minutes walk to the gondola. We had a great time in Whistler and cannot wait to return.

This area is wonderful, the place has easy acces to the village, easy access to the ski hill by transit. We were 3 families and there was enough room for all of us, we were there at Christmas and the place had everything we needed. Highly recommend it!

Nice, big place. We loved the layout - with most of the bedrooms downstairs away from the living space. That made it great for the kids staying with us. It is also a short drive (5 minutes) from the village so it's not in such a busy area. The only complaints we had were that the listing says there is air conditioning but there is not, and it was extremely hot in there, especially on the main living floor and upstairs master and loft area. Also, there were no screens on any of the windows so when we opened them up for air flow and to try and cool the place down lots and lots of bugs got inside.

Great group cabin!
We recently stayed in this cabin, and it was perfectly suited to our needs. We were in town for a Hockey tournament and having the two car garage was large enough for us to store all our gear and two cars. My Truck with a roof rack fit comfortably. The layout was perfect for our group as we had some who liked to go to bed earlier than others and the sound did not travel too much between levels. The table in the kitchen/dining room was perfect for playing games and dining. Beds were comfy, and the place was immaculate. I would stay here again!

Great location. A short walk gets you everywhere you need to be. Excellent View to boot.
This location was PERFECT. Allowed us some quiet to rest and relax, and a short walk away we had all the food,drink,entertainment and activities to occupy our other time. House was set up beautifully, and just as described. Instructions were easy to follow and we all had a great time. Excellent Value for the price, I will be recommending this property to anyone headed to Whistler for any type of getaway with a group. Thank you very much Kim, we all had a great time!

The property worked out really well for our family. 6 adults, 3 children and 1 dog. With beds to spare..open flow up-to-date kitchen, dining room, living room. The 3 levels of living give space for everyone. Appreciated the mud room with plenty of hooks and a bench for all our ski gear. The neighbors do not appreciate parallel parking in front of the garage and that is understandable. Great accommodations for large family groups.
